Partial Planning Package

($2000-$3300, depending on guest count, location, staffing needs, etc. )

This is for the couple interested in collaborating to make vendor selections, being in charge of booking vendors, taking charge of many of the smaller details (favors, programs, etc.) and leaving the planning/organizing to Amy Ray Events. We will make sure everything comes together for your big day!

Amy Ray Events will do everything that is included in our essential package. Additionally, we will touch on ideas, budget, checklists, etc. with you to guide you throughout the planning process. We will provide you with vendor referrals and attend a couple vendor meetings along the way. This package is ideal for the couple who want someone to take away the worry and stress of the big day, but still want to handle most of the planning!
