Essential Planning Package
($900-$1400, depending on location, number of guests, number of estimated hours, number of assistants required, etc.)
This is for the couple interested in planning and organizing everything for their wedding, and leaving the day-of coordination to the Amy Ray Events staff.
Amy Ray Events will meet with you for an initial consultation, create and carry out your wedding day timeline, and be there to make sure everything runs smoothly. We will also be in contact with your vendors ahead of time to work out logistics. We will have a final meeting a few weeks prior to the big day to ensure that we know every last detail!
We will arrive at the agreed upon time and help with every detail so that you have the pleasure of relaxing and getting ready for your big day without worrying about a thing!
